Access Services
Sub-ti was a pioneer in the provision of access services for cinema, television and festivals. We started many years ago and were responsible for the introduction of subtitles for the deaf and audio description for the blind at major international film festivals.
Over the years, our access services have broadened, to cater for the needs of many festival-related events such as press conferences, workshops and interviews. We have made accessible over 300 films, including the winners of the LUX Film Prize of the European Parliament since 2013.
In ten years of activity in this field, we have funded and participated in a number of international research projects and accessibility-related events all over the world.
